Embracing the Great Outdoors
Branding Program to bring new life to freshen up the image of a decade-old outdoors organization.
Asian Outdoors is a non-profit organization that engages in all sorts of outdoor activities – canoeing, hiking, skiing, camping, sailing. The challenge here was to design a logo that communicates all these various activities.
Solution: A simple, graphic symbol that ties all these activities together that also has the organization's initials built in. The AO symbol here is built with the graphic interpretation of the sun, mountain, and water – all common elements of the great outdoors. Images on the website further reenforces the concept.
